About this Position
- The opportunity to create a new model that doesn't exist in the industry: super brands, B2B2C, 2BCRM, a new model in the beauty industry.
- The opportunity to accumulate new marketing methods such as e-commerce, private domain and membership.
What you´ll do
- Directly manage salon owners and hairstylists to boost their awareness, affinity and loyalty to Schwarzkopf Professional brand.
- Build and optimize the private domain traffic loop, covering enterprise WeChat, groups, Moments, official accounts, etc., aiming at key metrics like new user acquisition, retention, activation, conversion and repeat purchase.
- Devise private domain operation plans, oversee the execution, conduct regular reviews and iterations, and develop operation SOPs.
- In light of user traits and needs, and leveraging hot topics and marketing opportunities, plan and execute activities for user acquisition, marketing and product promotion.
- Construct a user tiered management system with tags for refined tiered operation.
- Draft copy and push content via enterprise WeChat one-on-one, Moments, groups, etc. according to daily and event-based plans.
What makes you a good fit
- Full-time bachelor's degree or higher. 3 - 5 years in user operations, over 2 years' hands-on experience in private domain traffic ops (enterprise WeChat essential). Priority given to those with beauty/hairdressing industry exposure.
- Familiar with WeChat ecosystem's private domain strategies and regulations. With remarkable project portfolios.
- Excellent user perception and operation planning skills. Capable of independently devising daily private domain operation blueprints and diverse content/activity plans
