About this position
What you'll do
- Implement advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns and detect anomalies within scientific datasets, enhancing the understanding of complex data interactions.
- Develop methods for the systematic collection of scientific results
- Take ownership for the visualization of complex datasets that cater to the needs of both scientific and technical users.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, data scientists, and data engineers in a team dedicated to driving the digital transformation of Henkel Consumer Brands, thereby shaping the future landscape of Henkel’s R&D laboratories.
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s Degree in a natural science (e.g. Chemistry, Physics), Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Profound knowledge in the deep analysis of scientific data, coupled with exceptional analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in data visualization techniques, particularly with MS Power BI, to effectively communicate insights derived from data.
- Capability to communicate complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of modern machine learning applications and model evaluation techniques, complemented by practical experience in SQL, Python, and PySpark for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with Databricks and Azure ML is advantageous for effectively leveraging cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English, German language skills are advantageous.
