About this position

About this Position

  • Drive sustainable growth of the Professional HAIR COLOR category for Global Professional division to gain market leadership in hair color market in JP/CN/APAC.
  • Become one of core member to grow the hair color brand with innovative NPD pipeline and customer-centric 360 marketing plan to maximize on/offline engagement with hair stylist and end-consumers across Asia.
  • Close collaboration and communication with internal/external stakeholders, partners, agencies, country teams.
  • Think big and be brave to join the exciting journey of innovation & change in the diverse, multi-national Shiseido Professional Business Unit.

What you´ll do

  • Manage selected HAIR CARE project independently using marketing skill & knowledge.
  • Manage NPD plans/insight/targeting/concept/production/COG control/pricing.
  • Make a clear USP, unique product story and Communication story.
  • Manage developing new and existing marketing/communication activity/on-line and off-line tools to enhance customer journey touch points.
  • Track progress of project KPIs for HQ and country.
  • Close collaboration and communication with internal/external stakeholders, partners, agencies, country teams.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum '5 years marketing experience
  • Track record in global/regional roles developing product category brand strategies and activity at consumer goods company.
  • Experience in NPD and/or 360 marketing, on/offline communication (preferably in hair care or skin/body care) by oneself
  • Experience in KPI tracking
  • Experience and skill to drive the above marketing tasks independently
  • Brand Communication/ PR/ NPD/ marketing / digital marketing basic skills
  • Project management skills
  • Content production / Agency management
  • Presentation skills
  • Business English/Japanese
  • Resilience for times of business transformation/Stress tolerance/Flexibility
  • Beauty market experience a plus
  • Sense for aesthetics and creatives a plus
  • Experience in Region/Country collaboration & steering a plus
  • International experience, Asia preferred
