What you'll do
- Responsible for leading New Product Introduction and feasibility study review, take lead and work closely with internal & external team for issues troubleshooting during the process of new product introduction.
- Responsible for new product scale up trial coordination to better meet customer's demand.
- Responsible for setting up systems, such as FG MMD/BOM/SOP maintenance& new package IDH creation.
- Responsible for NPI related procedure documents management.
- Participate in Henkel SHEQ management system, ROHS, 5S system, ISO 9001/ISO 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 related Management Requirements and Continuous Improvement.
