- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business, Marketing or equivalent is desirable.
- 10+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience at senior level within the beauty/hair industry.
- Proven experience in P&L management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams across both sales and marketing functions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management.
