QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a High School Diploma.
- A bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering or a similar field is preferred.
- Must have 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, high-speed preferred.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
- Must have at least 2-5 years of experience and understanding of TPM methodologies and implementations.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience with Maintenance programs (such as TBM and predictive).
- Must have in-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
- Must have knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems.
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Must have the ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations is a plus.
- Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including active listening, clear presentation skills, and the capacity to provide and receive feedback at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of, and the ability to use and apply continuous improvement theories and concepts in the workplace (i.e., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S).
- Must have demonstrated tenacity in driving through obstacles to achieve results and maintain project timelines.
- Must have basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must be able to pivot and adapt to changing priorities in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have good time-management and organizational skills.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must have good problem-solving skills.
