What you'll do

  • Manages, executes & implements sourcing projects at local/regional level (IMEA) in changing CTs / countries and based on priorities defined by r-SPM lead.
  • Ensures consistent usage of digital tools & processes for all projects executed.
  • Ensures for all executed sourcing events full documentation, traceability & compliance.
  • Reaches out to r-CTM (Regional Category Team Manager) for project / CT specific knowledge needed and in case of escalations with suppliers.
  • Executes also non-sourcing related projects / topics / tasks in the regions (Sustainability / LKSG, corporate projects etc.)
  • Coordinate with all key stake holders viz Supply Chain, other user functions, plant/maintenance managers, Category team members to support timely & efficient purchasing of products/services. Reaches out to r-SPM lead in case of escalations with stakeholders.
  • Financial and Business Objectives Study spends, identify suppliers / service providers, negotiate and contract.
  • Identify & develop new vendor as per the requirement who would provide sustainable support.
  • Drive digitalization of IMS spend via contributing to und actively utilizing different tools.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Engineer with master’s in business management.
  • Knowledge of SAP and different sourcing platforms like Ariba, Keelvar, Coupa etc. would be added advantage
