- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent experience will also be considered
- Proven experience in a technical sales role (3+ years)
- Background in the automotive aftermarket sector is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and analyze market opportunities
- Excellent negotiation skills, proactive mindset, team-oriented attitude, and exceptional communication abilities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Location in Triveneto is highly appreciated
