- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner und Steuerungsinstanz für alle mitbestimmungsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten für DE und leitest die Verhandlung von wichtigen kollektivrechtlichen Vereinbarungen und Maßnahmen
- Du stellst die Gewährleistung der einheitlichen Anwendung von geltenden Tarifverträgen und beschäftigungspolitischen
Rahmenbedingungen einschließlich der Steuerung der Anwendung von Haustarifverträgen sicher für alle Standorte in DE - Du berätst die Geschäftsbereiche sowie die Funktionen bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Projekten und Prozessen mit den Mitbestimmungsgremien
- Zudem stellst Du eine einheitliche Systematik der tariflichen Stellenbewertung sicher
- Dir obliegt die Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von hochqualifizierten Expert:innen
- Du steuerst Abstimmungen von abteilungsübergreifenden Themen mit den anderen Führungskräften in deiner Verantwortung für den Bereich Labor Relations sowie Governance
- In Deiner Verantwortung liegt die konstante Überprüfung von Prozessen vor dem Hintergrund von mitbestimmungsrechtlichen Trends und Effizienz- wie Qualitätssteigerung

- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in den Arbeitsfeldern Labor Relations sowie Arbeits- und Tarifrecht mit
nachgewiesenen Verhandlungskompetenzen und -referenzen bringst Du bereits mit - Idealerweise hast Du bereits Kenntnisse der beschäftigungspolitischen Rahmenbedingungen eines vergleichbaren Großkonzerns erworben und kannst Abstraktionsvermögen und die Fähigkeit zur Kollaboration in einem komplexen Großkonzern und entsprechenden Matrixstrukturen vorweisen
