What you'll do

  • Lead the customer excellence team to define top customer supply chain strategy and priority, be the voice of Henkel supply chain and our customers.
  • Drive the customer excellence team, collaborate with internal and external partners, to deliver service, cost and inventory target with safety and product quality as of priority.
  • Define and deliver HENKEL digitization order to cash journey and implementation cross functionally.
  • Coach and develop team and talent, meanwhile, accountable for GC cross CN/HK/TW capability development.
  • Responsibilities

  • Build strategic partnership internally and externally, co-define HENKEL customer supply chain strategy and build into commercial priority.
  • Deliver customer order-to-cash daily operation excellence (OTFI, Inventory, complaints…etc.).
  • Lead and coordinate with end-to-end supply chain team for global initiatives (HCB 1-1-1, etc.).
  • Develop high performing team.

What makes you a good fit

  • Fluent English, Chinese.
  • Bachelor above degree.
  • FMCG and multi-supply chain related experience, more than 10years working experience.
  • Working experience with global and digital customers, with successfully results.
  • Global order to cash system deployment experience, understand end-to-end flow.
  • Team management.
  • Strong engagement and influence skill with cross functional, internal and external stakeholders.
