What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience in handling functional configuration changes for cloud-based payroll systems; Dayforce is experience is highly preferred, but similar platforms like Workday and Oracle may also be considered
- Experience in data cleansing and data integrity is required; Advanced reporting proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools such as Power BI and SQL; Tableau, Power Query, KNIME, and Python expertise is an advantage
- Must have experience in project management and needs to be proactive; With issue resolution and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed due to global stakeholder interaction - especially having the ability and proactivity to communicate with functional and technical teams
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00PM to 12:00MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
