What makes you a good fit
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Maintaining and Operating manufacturing equipment and other production facility related equipment with a strong electrical background.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley software i.e. RS Logix 5000, PLC 5, SLC 500 Factory Talk View Software, Siemens Safety PLC’s, Sick Safety PLC’s, Various instrumentation control devices and Software.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing preventive/predictive maintenance systems.
- Must have experience with a CMMS system.
- Must have excellent organizational skills to ensure ability to organize robust planning and scheduling methods.
- Must have strong leadership skills to ensure effectiveness of Mechanical/Electrical Resources in key maintenance related issues.
- Preferred experience in a team-oriented culture in union environment.
- Must have evidence of demonstrated skills in effective empowerment of employees.
- Must have strong communication skills.
The salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
