  • Become part of our Global Market Strategy Team for Consumer Goods adhesives and manage innovation pipeline quality & launches, market intelligence and go-to-market strategy for one of our key regions in the FMCG packaging and labeling industry.
  • Transform market insights into customer and portfolio strategies and develop business programs with the global team that you have full responsibility for in implementation in your region.
  • Take the lead for our Sustainable Designs program looking at reducing carbon footprint, improving circularity, and leveraging the safest material toolbox possible.
  • Your key stakeholders are the regional Strategic Business Unit management as well technical service, sales and innovation teams with whom you bring to life new product introductions and novel sales strategies, fill white spots and foster excellence in value selling.

What makes you a good fit

  • 8-10 years working experience in Marketing, Strategic Sales or Business Development.
  • Academic degree (Master, MBA) in business or engineering.
  • Strategic thinking and team play, strong communication and influencing skills.
  • High affinity to digital tools, for new business models and sustainability.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
