YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and Manage: Take charge of product analysis and testing, documenting your progress and results in our LIM systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers and analyze product performance after release.
  • Organize and Communicate: Record and organize experiment data, and share your findings with the team.
  • Innovate: Explore new technologies and look for opportunities to improve our products.
  • Safety First: Follow safety and environmental guidelines when handling products.
  • Analyze and Recommend: Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for further experiments.
  • Maintain Lab Standards: Keep our laboratory, storage areas, and equipment in top shape.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure we meet all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Share Your Knowledge: Participate in scientific publications and forums.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product management, production, and sourcing teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
  • Support Manufacturing: Help ensure we deliver quality products by supporting our manufacturing processes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize processes to meet customer needs.
  • Represent Us: Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in chemical science
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in cement base products: tilie adhesive, grouts and hydroisolations
  • Knowledge of tile adhesive and grouts market
  • Proficient in relevant test methodology
  • Experience with tiling products applications
  • Good knowledge of English and Polish
  • Good project management
  • Very good communication skills
  • High scientific, problem solving skills
  • Self-motivation, result-orientation and curiosity
  • Analytical approach, creativity and a scientific mindset
  • Driver’s license
