About this Position

Brindar soporte integral de Recursos Humanos para el personal operativo de planta, asegurando una experiencia positiva del colaborador durante todo su ciclo laboral. Será responsable de la ejecución de procesos de atracción de talento, administración de personal, relaciones laborales, cumplimiento legal y programas de cultura organizacional, contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa, el cumplimiento normativo y el fortalecimiento de la cultura de la compañía. 

What you´ll do

  • Gestionar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección, contratación e incorporación de personal operativo.
  • Coordinar procesos de onboarding, offboarding, altas y bajas de empleados.
  • Mantener actualizados los expedientes de personal y asegurar el cumplimiento documental.
  • Atender de manera directa a los colaboradores operativos, resolviendo dudas y brindando orientación en temas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Gestionar relaciones laborales, investigaciones internas y procesos disciplinarios.
  • Dar seguimiento a temas sindicales y apoyar en la gestión de acuerdos y negociaciones cuando sea requerido.
  • Ejecutar iniciativas de clima laboral, engagement y cultura organizacional, incluyendo Pulse Check y otros programas corporativos.
  • Monitorear y analizar indicadores (KPIs) de Recursos Humanos y proponer acciones de mejora.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral, políticas internas y requerimientos de compliance.
  • Coordinar y atender auditorías internas, externas e inspecciones laborales.
  • Apoyar actividades operativas de la planta relacionadas con transporte de personal, eventos y programas para empleados.
  • Participar en proyectos e iniciativas de mejora continua de Recursos Humanos.

What makes you a good fit

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos dentro de entornos operativos o de manufactura.
  • Experiencia en relaciones laborales, administración de personal y atención a colaboradores.
  • Deseable experiencia en interacción con sindicatos.
  • Experiencia en auditorías, cumplimiento legal y procesos disciplinarios.

  • Legislación laboral mexicana.
  • Relaciones laborales y manejo de conflictos.
  • Reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo.
