YOUR ROLE

  • Response for around 3 MEUR sales revenue, develop business and penetrate into existing and new clients for the region of Taiwan.
  • Define a clear territory mapping and customer focus strategy and execute it with Sales team and channel partners.
  • Set up channel strategy and review competence of current channel partners. Design program to upskilling the channel partners to engage / enhance their capability to penetrate in TW market.
  • Embrace new tools like digital channel to engage with the market.
  • Engage with technical team to support TW business even without direct reporting line.
  • People management and team upgrading.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong academic background.
  • 10+ years sales-related working experience.
  • Experience in general industry, including chemical, manufacturing industry.
  • Strong team leadership capabilities.
  • Distributor management and development experience.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
