YOUR ROLE

  • Take full ownership in managing and leading product analysis and testing, focusing on adhesive product development for the automotive industry. Document progress and results meticulously within lab systems.
  • Provide technical support to customers, analyze results post-product release, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Organize, record, and present data from experiments and testing while identifying opportunities for new technology, product enhancements, and performance improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations while handling products, maintaining laboratory and storage areas, and managing equipment.
  • Perform data analysis, draw insightful conclusions, and make informed experimental recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, production, and sourcing teams to innovate new products and enhance existing product lines, mainly focusing on delivering high-quality adhesive solutions for the automotive sector.
  • Provide support to manufacturing teams to ensure the consistent delivery of quality products.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging their feedback to optimize processes and meet customer requirements.
  • Attend and present technical work at business meetings and industry conferences.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience in the chemical industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Learning agility and a collaborative mindset are essential.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for working in dynamic, diverse teams with a clear drive to achieve.
