Junior 3D Designer

YOUR ROLE

• Responsible in the creation and editing of 3D assets as required for eCommerce and Social Media platforms, web pages and other digital channels.
  
• Work on assigned 3D packshots to be used for digital marketing & e-Commerce such as Build 3D Packshot models, Edit existing Packshots according to customer requirements, Create templates for batch production and Create actual variations of the packs
  
• Check if artwork materials are working correctly with Blender or 3Ds Max; Work on other 3D related projects as assigned
  
• Support in file sourcing & checking (Artwork labels, technical drawing etc) needed for production; Ensure compliance to product guidelines and identity standards
  
• Upload and tagging of 3D packshot assets on proper channels; Manage time and priorities appropriately, approach work in an organized and systematic manner
  
• Provide update on project status and communicate expectations in delivery
  
• Perform other admin related tasks for project management and progress tracking; Communicate with colleagues, collaborate with 3D process experts on project planning and execution

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Fine Arts, Industrial Design or any degree in 3D modelling or any design-related course
  
• With at least one (1) year of work experience related to 3D modelling, image retouching, editing & manipulation is required and with a strong cross-functional background
  
• Proficiency in using 3D programs (3Ds Max, Blender, Maya) and Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects); Skill in 3D animation is a plus
  
• Background in AI-assisted design tools a plus; and/or a willingness to incorporate AI tools into workflow
  
• Must be adaptable and flexible
  
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
