YOUR ROLE 

• You will be part of Customer Excellence Team Henkel Consumer Brands in Brussels, serving BeNeLux customers
• Proactive communication towards customers about product availabilities and out of stocks
• Handling & controlling of prices in orders
• In charge of maintaining Non-Delivery reasons related to service level
• Responsible for specific logistical analysis and reports on carrier capacity and performance
• Supporting in specific projects/tasks & follow-up within our systems (SAP, OTM,…)
• Maintaining strong contacts (local and international) with various departments within Henkel such as Demand planning, Supply Chain; Marketing and Sales.
• Providing support & follow-up within our systems (SAP, OTM,…)
• Opportunity to bring your own points of improvements

YOUR SKILLS

• Academic degree in Economics (minimum bachelor) or related field of study
• Strong interest in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and the FMCG sector
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (incl. Pivot tables), Powerpoint, Word
• Knowledge/experience in SAP (Sales&Distribution) and Power BI is a big advantage.
• Possessing advanced analytical skills and sense for accuracy 
• Excellent knowledge of English (written/orally) , knowledge of French and or Dutch is an asset
• Available for minimum 6 months as of Mid December 2024
