YOUR ROLE

  • Review and validate travel expenses in accordance with Corporate Standards.
  • Continuous support and guidance to the employee, in accordance with the procedure, guideline and governance from Henkel standards.
  • Validate the accounting of expenses in SAP by accurately controlling the information, accounting for the Corporate Credit Card account statement and prepare the payment proposal.
  • Work in accordance with Travel Expense policies to maintain a process aligned with local entities, Corporate Standards and local Tax Regulations.
  • Notify delays in verifying expenses, both in the use of the Corporate Card and in advance; if necessary, interact with Human Resources for salary deductions where applicable.
  • Reports based on requirements and demand.
  • Maintain information in the expense tool when necessary, for example rules, corporate card information, etc.
  • Apply the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard in daily activities and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the process.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree, preferrably on administrative field
  • Desirable 1 year experience 
  • Advanced conversational english
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Intermediate Excel)
  • Liking for customer service and attention
  • Highly analytical and proactive
