YOUR ROLE

  • Formulation and execution of global key account strategy including an annual revenue target plan
  • Regularly updates of the global key account strategic plan, and monthly forecast/execution.
  • Responsibility for global revenue targets (top line and profit goals) as well as overall customer satisfaction. Working with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
  • Providing clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel team(s) regarding global account strategy, team member responsibilities and expectations.
  • Identifying and exploring new growth areas. Driving execution of key priorities and customer sales projects / opportunities.
  • Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into product roadmap and building a product development pipeline.
  • Developing influential network on all levels and dimensions with a focus on strategic relationship development planning to drive growth.
  • Provide customer with reports and analysis as needed
  • Working with customer plants and teams on projects and ensuring Henkel share
  • Work with corporate purchasing and ensure participation in new business bids
  • Keep a pulse on competitive activity and ensure no gains in Henkel plants
  • Quantification of customer value for recommended improvements implemented
  • Maintain or improve relationships with key customer contacts
  • Work on special projects towards commercialization
  • Understand customer strategy and align Henkel to the same

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management with strong focus on technical sales and solution selling required.
  • Previous experience and knowledge and understanding of the metal packaging business required.
  • Highly systematic and conceptual thinking skills. Detail oriented and good project management skills.
  • Strong skills leading cross functional project teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different levels of the customer organization.
  • Will be expected to travel upwards of 50% of the time to include international travel.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $180,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
