YOUR ROLE

  • Focus on Henkel’s presence in the steel and aluminum coil sectors.
  • Supports identifying future market trends, developments/product/service expectations and translates them into business growth opportunities.
  • Drives innovation projects based on identified market trends & needs & also drives sustainability initiatives with customers.
  • Supports Sales/Marketing in new technologies / projects / products through deep understanding of product / market / technology / customer.
  • Analyzes and builds different future scenarios to create new paths of business incl. timing and investment planning.
  • Develops and supports the strategy execution within the region / maintains customer roadmaps and steers profitable growth.
  • Executes and customizes strategies for product / technology positioning and defines training and promotional needs.
  • Explores and supports acquisition and divestment projects.
  • Collaborates closely with Marketing / Sales / KAM to steer activities.
  • Builds relevant customer / market relationships and actively participates in relevant industry associations, exhibitions, trade fairs.
  • Provides market and competitive intelligence to stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the industry preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business preferred.

The salary for this role is $105,200.00 - $153,200.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
