There is $1,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The salary range for this role is $98,800 to $145,500. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.

JOB SUMMARY:

Cell Leaders are responsible for the production of all finished goods on a shift, and coordinates the production schedule, materials, and manpower necessary to safely produce high quality laundry and home are products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the development and implementation of short-term tactical action plans and long-term strategies to ensure the cell operates at optimum manufacturing efficiencies and output levels while maintaining the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards with excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for the measures of the cell and all associated KPIs: Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Scrap, Sustainability, and Cost.
  • Drives all operations of the cell ensuring high operating standards are always applied.
  • Provides direct leadership, direction, development, and coaching to all operators of the cell in accordance with the skill matrices. Expectations are that 70% of all time is spent on the manufacturing floor.
  • Supports and manages the development of continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the cell.
  • Ensures compliance with Henkel standards for Human Resources Management, Safety and Loss Prevention, Cost Control, Waste Reduction, Quality, and On-time Delivery.
  • Supports Henkel safety, environmental, health, and quality initiatives and leads cell commitment at all levels of direct and indirect personnel to follow the Safety, Environmental, Health, and Quality Management Systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required – preference in a Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering degree. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven strategic and tactical leadership experience within a manufacturing plant is required, preferably in CPG or a related industry.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards feedback.
  • Must have a high-level of integrity and can demonstrate the professional maturity necessary to gain the confidence of senior level leaders, acting as a role model walking-the-talk.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership, technical, functional, and people development skills to continuously stretch performance of individuals on your team.
