YOUR ROLE

• Own all creative production and equipment needs including events and shootings for all Henkel Beauty Care brands
• Shoot small to medium scale image and video productions, and collaborate with external suppliers for additional support and capacities
• Organize preparations prior to shoots and after the shoots and handle equipments’ safely, logging, and location
• Follow content factory calendar and pooling in alignment with strict working hours
• Provide creative guidance during shootings in collaboration with Henkel Beauty Care Digital team and Content Factory
• Brief or retouche photography/videography assets incl. digital, social media, e-commerce campaigns for Beauty Care based on briefings

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in business administration or similar education
• At least two years of professional experience in content management, marketing communications or campaigns
• Strong skills in copywriting, editing, online and display advertising
• Expierience with new media, video production and storytelling
• Skills in final cut pro
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
