YOUR ROLE

  • Assists in the development of and implements Distribution and Receiving processes and procedures consistent with the service, cost and quality objectives of the Distribution department.
  • Works with Receiving and Distribution to reduce order fulfillment Processing times and to investigate and provide corrective actions for recurring service problems and noncompliance with customer requirements.
  • Works with other Henkel units and internal departments to ensure an effective and efficient product flow consistent with meeting established service requirements.
  • Monitors and modifies department training programs to reduce errors, increase productivity and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Serves as the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 management representative.
  • Works with Customer Service departments, planning and Salesforce to understand customer needs. Reconciles needs with current practices and works to ensure staff is trained to meet these needs.
  • Monitors compliance with company safety regulations and housekeeping requirements. Takes corrective action as required.
  • Monitors required staffing and equipment levels Suggest changes as conditions warrant.
  • Identifies training needs for areas of responsibility and direct reports and works with Human Resource Manager and/or Administrative Manager to identify and select training sources to satisfy the training needs.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.

YOUR SKILLS

  • High School or GED
  • Associate degree preferred 
  • Seven to ten years’ experience in Distribution, at least five of which are at the supervisory level or managerial level.
  • Must be proficient in the use of modern software including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, graphics, etc. 
  • Must have good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to function in a normal office environment.
  • Must be certified in shipping restricted materials in accordance with D.O.T. and IATA regulations. Training will be provided as required.
  • Seven to ten years’ experience in Distribution, at least five of which are at the supervisory level or managerial level.
  • Must be proficient in the use of modern software including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, graphics, etc. 
  • Must have good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to function in a normal office environment.
  • Must be certified in shipping restricted materials in accordance with D.O.T. and IATA regulations. Training will be provided as required.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
