YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for sales and distributor activities for Schwarzkopf products in the Marmara Region
  • Building strong relationships with strategic customers/stakeholders and identifying needs and requirements to promote company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction
  • Maximizing existing business and seeking for new opportunities both with existing and new customers, keeping up with key category trends identifying new business opportunities
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Understanding customer strategy and gain early awareness and involvement when applicable
  • Following profitability of each customer on responsible categories, providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth for Hair Professional Business Unit
  • Realizing route visits to increase Henkel’s reputation and influence 

YOUR SKILLS

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • 4-5 years of experience Sales & Key Account Management in Beauty & Hair Care field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Self-confident professional who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license is a must
  • Flexible for traveling
