YOUR ROLE
- Lead and implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coach and mentor up to 3 technical staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Analyze production metrics and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
YOUR SKILLS
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement roles.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred).
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, food, or medical industries is highly desirable.
- Strong program management or project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration.
The salary for this role is $112,000.00 - $173,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
