YOUR ROLE

  • As part of our innovative EIMEA application engineering team in the new Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf you actively support to craft the future of automotive world
  • You handle the projects e.g., dispensing and curing of adhesives and sealants – and conduct technical assignments independently based on awareness of customer needs
  • You set up, operate, and maintain new and existing laboratory, analysis, and application equipment
  • You prepare laboratory reports, graphs and charts as well as preliminary conclusions
  • You collaborate closely with field application engineers
  • You perform and support completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product-related performance complaints

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have obtained Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or training as a state-certified technician
  • You have minimum 3 years of professional experience, especially experience with the use of electrical and pneumatic components for device control
  • You have analytical and interpretational skills to analyze results and prepare findings independently and to be able to detect anomalies in results and procedures and to recommend next experimental steps
  • You have preferably knowledge of programming industrial robots
  • You have critical attitude when carrying out experiments and collecting data
  • You communicate fluently in Englis, German is advantageous
