Production Manager

YOUR ROLE

• Personnel Management Experience, 5 years required.
• Lean Manufacturing Experience
• Strong Workplace Safety background.
• Chemical Manufacturing Experience preferred.
• Ensure and assist with integrated management system compliance to include QS, IATF and ISO standards.

YOUR SKILLS

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; plus, one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
