YOUR ROLE

  • Packaging Project Management & Execution. Drives the technical scope of the regional packaging project implementation under regional strategies.
  • Liaises and collaborate with corresponding stakeholders with technical expertise in packaging selection, qualification & Innovative solutions.
  • Processes, Tools, Master Data. Drives reduction in time-to-market and improvement of packaging master data accuracy.
  • Monitors KPIs for Packaging processes, COGS, Supply Resilience, Sustainability and compliance etc.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and test procedures in the field of expertise.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in engineering / business / Packaging or related field.
  • 5+ years in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Related preferred.
  • 7+ years in project management.
  • Relevant technology/product/industry experience.
  • Pack Issue shooting, DG Pack & MMD knowledge.
  • Skills in Communication, Complex problem-solving & conflict management.
  • Fluent in English Speaking and Writing.
