YOUR ROLE
- Packaging Project Management & Execution. Drives the technical scope of the regional packaging project implementation under regional strategies.
- Liaises and collaborate with corresponding stakeholders with technical expertise in packaging selection, qualification & Innovative solutions.
- Processes, Tools, Master Data. Drives reduction in time-to-market and improvement of packaging master data accuracy.
- Monitors KPIs for Packaging processes, COGS, Supply Resilience, Sustainability and compliance etc.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and test procedures in the field of expertise.
- This Role Reporting to Head of Packaging Engineering APAC, Henkel Adhesive Technologies.

YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in engineering / business / Packaging or related field.
- 5+ years in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Related preferred.
- 7+ years in project management.
- Relevant technology/product/industry experience.
- Pack Issue shooting, DG Pack & MMD knowledge.
- Skills in Communication, Complex problem-solving & conflict management.
- Fluent in English Speaking and Writing.
