Ready to join a great global team as a Master Data & Process Coordinator?

• As a Master Data & Process Coordinator you will support the Product and Pricing Managers of Henkel’s Packaging business in Asia, Europe, India, Middle, East, Africa and Americas.
• Data Management: Creating and maintaining material master data in the area of Product- and Pricing Management e.g. product lifecycle, pricing conditions.
• Coordination and execution of product phase-outs.
• Master Data Quality: Ensuring data accuracy, integrity incl. master data cleansing activities.
• Maintaining databases and business processes.
• Support with troubleshooting.
• Coordinate the label creation process for Third Party produced products.
• Coordinate the sampling process to support the business with new customer requests.
• Generate and analyze reports for Product- & Pricing Managers e.g. cost deviation reports and correction of errors.
• Cross-functional / Cross-regional collaboration: Working globally with internal stakeholders and functions and building a good relationship.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes or systems.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Successfully completed a university degree in economics, informatic or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Data driven to address partner and customer needs. Have a customer service mindset.
• Advanced understanding of business processes supported by various master data domains (Customer, Material, Vendor etc).
• Proficient in SAP.
• Microsoft Office knowledge particularly on MS Excel is required and a pro.
• Detailed and analytical thinking.
• Conscientiousness. 
• Sense of responsibility: To take responsibility for tasks and decisions and complete them reliably.
• Good stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Open to communicate and collaborate in a global team.
• Flexible and self-motivated.
• Organization skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, create schedules and work efficiently.
