YOUR ROLE
- Field application engineering support of metal pretreatment processes in General Industry in China.
- Lab application engineering support of metal pretreatment product development.
- Technical support of metal pretreatment for new business development and marketing promotion.
- Detailed application engineering supports include new business development, new line start, trouble shooting, regular on-site service, technical training, seminar and experience sharing with sales, PD, distributors, and other internal/external customers.
- Internal training of general management skills.
- On job coaching of technical and business skills.
- Scientific career path – career development according to the technical achievements.
- Management career path – career development according to the leadership skill development.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry or Material related courses.
- Diligent, adapt to frequent and flexible traveling time for plenty of customers.
- Curious of finding technical solution with own ideas and agile design of experiment.
- Teamwork with partners and frequent information sharing in Henkel internal team.
- Good oral and written English skill is a must.
- One year working experience in Metal pretreatment/Powder coating/Liquid paint industry preferred.
