YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure business targets are met utilizing professional key account approach focusing on Tier 1 footwear manufacturers
  • Coordinate and drive the innovative projects as well as the proliferation
  • Demonstrate professional global project management that provides customer visibility on Henkel activities and delivered value
  • Building a robust and lasting relationship with the customer and all internal stakeholders on all communication levels
  • Regular interaction with Henkel Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Innovation teams across Asia and India
  • Lead negotiations from the front with an intelligent, highly strategic and multi-faceted approach
  • Identify and develop market share expansion opportunities and new business possibilities within the account and present to the leadership team
  • Determine the strategic approach to the account including steams, innovation, Product Development in alignment with the customer’s expectations
  • Ensure a timely and strategic approach to customer questions and product and market developments, utilizing an agile and resourceful approach
  • Control and support pricing, claim, payment and contract negotiations

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years plus in complex key account management on multi-territory scale or multi-country business management
  • Fluent English skills
  • Experience in value based sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to operate within a matrix organization, leading through strategy and influence Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Ability to influence others with highly developed negotiation skill
  • Forecasting, large scale budget management, pricing and account profitability analysis skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Solid footwear development Background
  • Ability to work with diverse team members from multiple countries and time zones
  • Strong skillset in Sustainability/Automation/Innovation Development
