YOUR ROLE

• Responsible for developing the global sourcing strategy and driving the project-based negotiations in Germany on Creative Production.
• Profound in-depth knowledge of production processes and requirements which helps our business units to identify the best suppliers for their commercials. This includes all Advertising Production related services such as: Video-, Photo
• Production and Post-Production services, celebrity and influencer negotiations, as well as the corporate music management.
• Ensuring a cost-efficient end-to-end implementation of the projects from briefing to contracting.
• Strongly exchanging and collaborating with our marketing teams and Henkels external communication agencies.
• Developing a global sourcing strategy which is based on latest production and sourcing trends.
• Responsible for the implementation of your global strategy in all the regions, for this you are collaborating with our regional representatives intensively. 

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in business administration/international business/finance or related field of studies
• Minimum 5 years previous working experience either in Marketing Purchasing, Marketing or Advertising Production related environment.
• Communication and storytelling skills with ability to create and present compelling PPT Presentations.
• Ability to establish trustful relationships across functions, leaders and with key suppliers.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and oral).
