YOUR ROLE

• Laboratory support and execution of customer related requests in the field of Multi-Metal pretreatment / Surface Treatment (e.g. product recommendations, sample treatments, release testing, process and concept tests, process adaptation development, raw material testing)
• Professional and cost-conscious processing of technical customer problems (troubleshooting)
• Regional technical support of the Henkel sales organization and customers including training
• Provide technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required
• Report creation in German and/or English for external and internal purposes

YOUR SKILLS

• Master in chemical engineering / chemistry
• 0-3 years of experience, ideally in the field of Multi-Metal Surface Treatment
• Good teamworking and communication skills
• IT skills in Excel, Powerpoint, statistical data analysis of advantage
• Few travelling required (1 – 3 days /month)
• Fluent in English as a must, German of advantage
