YOUR ROLE

  • Technical support to Power and Life Science customers within India on need basis on site and virtual. 
  • Perform routine tests and analysis with focus on thermal interface material, potting compound, conformal coating, encapsulants, structural and elastomeric adhesives etc.
  • Maintain technical expertise and skills matching the SBU/SU strategy.
  • Reporting of laboratory results and methods according to accepted standards and communication to internal/external customers.
  • Prepare test matrix, conduct various tests using lab equipment and analyze the result. Use of digital tools like Albert, Nautilus, and ACE to submit the test report.
  • Quick action and response to customer & field AE test request and provide qualified test report.
  • Conducts all laboratory work in a safe manner including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S, etc. and Lab equipment maintenance & calibration activities.
  • Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Should effectively manage various adhesive dispensing equipment that handles HMA, TIM, Silicone, Modified Silane & Anaerobic chemistry.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 0-1year related experience, preferably Laboratory experience / technical services in lab
  • Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Chemistry or relevant field
  •  Ability to work independently, communicate with laboratory members, and maintain organized records/reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Ability to understand products associated with assigned technologies.
  • Excellent hands-on and equipment competency
