YOUR ROLE

  • To develop a strong key account management model for China OEM and global OEM in today dynamic environment; Capable to utilize customer language and quick self-learning.
  • Spec-in ability in OEMs, owning capability to dig out new business chance, drive new product development to gain sales revenue with marketing insight.
  • Teamwork and good communication with internal stakeholders from marketing, technology, supporting functions and so on then drive project team to win New Product Sell into the market.
  • Work closely with the Channel Management Team to develop business plan, sales activities, and project management in responsible region.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Business plan and customer visiting, key account management, achieve sales ambition.                                        45%
  • Utilization of project management tools & teamwork with internal project team.                                         30%
  • Demand FC, inventory control, channel management.                                        15%
  • Trouble shooting.                                        10%

YOUR SKILLS

  • Educational background in science & engineering or product technology experience is a plus.
  • Good at cross-functional communication skills, proficiency in English & Chinese.
  • 5-10 years' experience in a commercial role with solid key account management skills.
