YOUR ROLE
- Application Field tech support the South China business growing, focus on CPL and typical distributors.
- Directly communicates (in scope of products tests/validation) with the field Sales/AE teams, KAMs, project team, customers.
- Support the whole AE team when it needs.
- 80-90% client site technical, 10-20% lab support; Travel rate up to 80%.
- Such as:
- Independently conduct customer site technical service, includes routine tech support, trouble shooting, startup/regular training, etc.
- Prepares internal (and external, if relevant) tests reports and makes presentations to internal work group or department.
- Support in the development of new products and quality standards.
- Support in ongoing customer and development projects together.
- Provides application support for various projects assigned by a supervisor...
- Internal full scope training as a field technician (d/m/w).
- Strong supported with team members.

YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with background of chemistry/mechanical engineering/furniture wooden related.
- With minimum of 1-2 years working experience.
- Workable for English writing and speaking.
- Reliability, flexibility, initiative, and team spirit.
