YOUR ROLE

• Application Engineering Activities – Develop/ drive chemical related projects to reach the business goal, Troubleshooting, Handling customer complaints, supporting Key customers in all Technical related issues.
• Give feedback to and proactively seek it from sales, marketing, PD & innovation.
• Effectively communicate with end-users, co-workers, managers, and other departments.
• Interact with customers for suggesting product and process improvements.
• Conceptualize and introduce new product/Applications at the customer place.
• Pursue product stewardship activities at the customer place.
• Use market and customer analytics to stay up to date on evolving industry trends.
• Develop and evaluate KPI results and drive innovation and continuous improvement via data driven decisions and actions.
• Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, Webinars, at customer site, at Henkel facilities, etc.
• Drive development of an end-to-end customer experience from identifying new value propositions to enhancing customer service.
• Manage Application Center activities and support customers to achieve sustainable business growth.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 5+ years of work experience
• Any Engineering degree
• Preferable industry - Footwear, Shoes, Chemical – Adhesive
• Extensive travelling
