YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for the strategic planning process for resulting in establishment of short- and long-term planning, profitability targets and contribution to company growth.
- Develops organization-wide or department-wide goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Prepares division/department/organization operations budget updates and sustain success metrics, incorporating best practices, and effectively communicating improvements.
- Responsible for planning and execution of production supply and inventories to support sales, new product development, engineering, and operational effectiveness to achieve personnel and company revenue growth goals.
- Drive project and process execution activities in one or more projects in parallel.

YOUR SKILLS
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, change management, communication, and problem solving.
- In-depth knowledge of financial profit and loss, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
- 5+ years direct management experience of SC employees in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics industries required.
