YOUR ROLE

  • Actively consult Business Units/Functions on processes, systems and services in the area of site services (company doctor, fire control center, site access system etc.) 
  • Validate and prioritize demands and assess business benefits and IT complexity within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Govern Henkel's process and systems standards within the domain (incl. compliance to corporate standards, IT standards)
  • Steer process optimization and/or IT projects e-2-e (Analyse & Design, Build, Test, Implement, Operate)
  • Ensure Talent management, succession planning and further people leadership duties
    Direct team members to achieve goals
  • Support and align new developments cross processes, cross Business/F units and cross dx operating model
  • Execute close collaboration and further alignment Identify gaps and opportunities of IT Services leveraging deep knowledge of the complex digital environment
  • Leverage a future-oriented business strategy integrating emerging digital solutions and IT services

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid IT knowledge
  • Superior project management and communication skills
  • Team-orientation, exceptional initiative and strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to drive innovation and to work in a trusting and supportive environment
  • Fluent English and German language skills
