What you'll do

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the aviation, defense and space industries. Serve as the main point of contact and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Trials & Demonstration: Performing product trials / demonstrations/ (re)solve customer requests and complaints by conducting the troubleshooting activities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. Develop and implement strategies to meet their needs and align with company goals.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Drive revenue growth by promoting company products and services tailored to the aviation, defense and space sectors.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms. Ensure that agreements are in line with company policies and client expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to provide insights and recommendations for improving client strategies and offerings.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using company’s project & customer management tools. Prepare regular reports for senior management on account status, growth opportunities, and key challenges.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum experience of 10 Years.
  • Strong understanding of aviation, defense and space technologies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
