Come join a dynamic team that’s helping to shape the future of Henkel Consumer Brands through insight development & improved S&OP processes!  Our HCB Commercial Logistics team continues to evolve quality forecasting and S&OP processes across the Commercial Team using latest analytical tools This role will have three primary objectives: (1) Lead education & tool development for Fact-Based Driver Forecast capabilities across Commercial Team to improve Forecast Accuracy. (2) Liaison to Demand Planning to drive S&OP process for Commercial Team (3) Lead Retailer Inventory Data Management to drive insights & predictive trends

  • Manage education and training strategy for Commercial Team training material, metrics, and governance of MPG level fact-based forecast including accurate assessment of promotional lifts and timely communication to demand planning
  • Drive best practice tool analysis and knowledge sharing to support, monitor & improve Commercial Team forecast & data flow
  • Collaborate to deliver an aligned demand forecast between Commercial Team, CX & Demand Planning as well as ensure drivers, risks and opportunities are effectively brought forward as part of S&OP
  • Enforce sales support discipline through the monitoring of KPI achievement with growth targets and FCA priorities
  • Lead coordination and education of key Customer information inputs to HQ such as POG updates, Forecast Adjustment Request (FAR), Aggregated Promotional Activity and Add/Delete Tracker to ensure more accurate phase out of exiting IDHs and phase-in of new IDHs (pipe fill volumes).
  • Commercial Team liaison for HCB key initiatives to analyze & drive information consistency & accuracy (Compaction / Scorecards)
  • Collaborate with Supply, Finance & Commercial Strategy to create, manage & report on Zero Demand, High Coverage and Close Out inventory progress
  • Partner to manage & evolve role of Commercial Logistics Analyst

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5-7+ years of experience within multiple functional areas including but not limited to CPG product forecasting and project management within sales and/or supply chain.
  • Previous experience building and/or operating S&OP is required, inclusive of strong content knowledge of best practices and key metrics across sales and supply chain.
  • Very strong analytical, visualization tool development and process management skills
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, PowerPoint presentation and training skills

The salary for this role is $120,000- $160,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
