How to play?
1st Round: National Round
You will need to develop your vision of 2050 in combination with a possible Henkel business solution:
How will household life in and around the kitchen look in 2050, considering the 8 dimensions of the Henkel Innovation Process?

What you need to deliver as a team
1) A Word document of max. 3 pages explaining your vision and idea
2) Separate list of references (resources used including online resources, interviews)
3) CV of each of the 3 team members
4) The document may, but must not necessarily, include a picture/ mood board/ story board (one page, A3 is the maximum)
Method of delivery
Your document (max. 2 MB) should be sent by e-mail to Henkel. After you have registered your participate, you will receive a separate e-mail from the Henkel manager to whom you should send your document(s).
How will Henkel evaluate you and your work?
Henkel will judge your creativity, how you have applied the Henkel Innovation Process, the quality of your research and the professionalism of the submitted documents.
Timing
Henkel must have received your document(s) by December 17th, 2007.
What‘s next?
From this round, Henkel will select the 10 best teams per country. These teams will compete in the National Finals (2nd Round) for the right to participate in the European Final.
2nd Round: National Finals
We expect you to go deeper into your ideas and to present these to the national Top Level Management of the Laundry & Home Care devision of Henkel.
What you need to deliver as a team
You will comprehend your ideas from the 1st Round and present these. More information will follow.
Method of delivery
A 10 - 15 minute presentation of your project in front of the national Top Level Management followed by a Question & Answer session.
How will we support you?
We will support you through a mentorship program. Each team will get a personal mentor during the 2nd Round. This mentor will be a member of the country management of the Laundry & Home Care division of Henkel. Your mentor will contact you in due course, i.e. at the start of the 2nd Round.
How will Henkel evaluate you and your work?
Each team will get personal feedback on how Henkel has evaluated their presentations.
Timing
You will be informed about time and venue in due course.
What‘s next?
From this round, Henkel will select the best team per country. Each team will participate in the European Final in Barcelona to defend their idea and business plan in front of the international Top Management of Henkel.
