Your internship gives us the chance to get to know one another properly. For our part, we use this phase to identify our future managers. Then, within the framework of our “Career Track” intern alumni program, we make sure we stay in very close contact with nominated former interns until the end of their studies.

To achieve this, we offer exclusive seminars, in-depth training sessions and business workshops to further advance your personal skills and to offer you a real networking platform. We also expect active input from you – and we regard our Career Track members as Henkel ambassadors at their respective universities. We also support our “Trackies” in internships abroad and in the completion of their theses, so they will be ready for a seamless transition to a full-time position at Henkel as soon as they have finished their studies.
