MIT has experienced dynamic growth: Since 1998 it has supported 7,181 projects including 5,474 MIT community projects and 1,707 MIT children’s projects. The projects were supported through in-kind, product and financial donations including paid time off from work in total. MIT projects have been launched in over 110 countries so far.

The number of supported projects is increasing constantly. More and more employees and pensioners from all over the world apply at Henkel for support of their individual project. 1,707 sponsored children’s projects so far show how creative employees and pensioners tackle social problems. MIT children’s projects improved the living conditions of more than 65,000 children so far.
From 1998 to 2008 Henkel has supported 5,474 MIT community projects. In-kind-donations consisted of Henkel products in the business sectors Laundry & Home Care, Cosmetics/Toiletries as well as Adhesive Technologies.
