Commercial Paper Program

Commercial paper are securities that can be individually arranged for each investor. They are only traded via banks, but not listed on public stock markets. Since the minimum investment volume is 5 mill. euros, commercial paper are primarily purchased by institutional investors.

Both Henkel AG & Co. KGaA and Henkel of America have a Commercial Paper Program under which Henkel issues commercial paper. Henkel AG & Co. KGaA can issue up to 1 bn. euros commercial paper, Henkel of America up to 2 bn. USD.
