What you´ll do
As a Consumer Intelligence Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in steering insights-driven projects by:
- Leading research projects independently to validate key marketing mix elements (formula, communication, design, price) for product innovations.
- Overseeing all aspects of study execution, including screeners, interview guidelines, questionnaires, quality control of test material, etc.
- Collaborating with business partners to ensure timely delivery of inputs and smooth project completion.
- Identifying key learnings, preparing management summaries, and presentations for business partners.
What makes you a good fit
- Speak fluent English (C1 level) for written and verbal interaction with international stakeholders.
- Hold a university degree in Sociology, Market Research, Marketing, Business Studies, Psychology, or similar field.
- Have at least 5 years of proven work experience within the market research scope, with experience managing end-to-end research projects and coordinating with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Have exposure to both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and can integrate various data sources to generate comprehensive insights.
- Possess excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills, and enjoy turning data into strategic opportunities.
- Are a skilled user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Bring a curious and proactive mindset and feel comfortable challenging existing perspectives to drive consumer-centric thinking.

Minimum salary: 1680 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
