About this Position
- The HRG is responsible for providing all-round HR support to the China HCB HRBP. Related to annual cycle HR topics, lifecycle management, reporting included regular and ad-hoc, support business program, organize or anticipate HR projects.
What you´ll do
- Provide all-round HR operational and administrative support to HRBP, including but not limited to talent acquisition and development, organization change, compensation & benefits, training, labor relations etc.
- Interface with people managers on HR operational, system related topics/ issues. Handle inquires from business or employees promptly and effectively. Also, will join business meetings if required.
- Support annual cycle HR program deployment such as eligibility check, annual salary round, promotion, talent management cycle following overall Gr China practices.
- Data Management and reporting: manage HR reporting and data maintenance correctly in FTE movement, attrition, promotion, org effectiveness etc.
- Interface with GBS team to ensure the processes or inquires move on smoothly.
- Need to be familiar with each of processes and continuous improvement of daily processes.
- HR Projects: participate in assigned HR Projects.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Human Resource or other related fields.
- At least 3-5 working experience.
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Articulate, excellent and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in computer knowledge of MS office.
