What you´ll do

  • Manage the volume forecast of Consumers & Craftsmen Adhesives in the Demand Planning tool of your assigned country(s).
  • Validating statistical forecasting methods provided by Global Business solutions team (GBS+).
  • Aligning with corresponding Sales, Marketing & Product Management teams to gather relevant market information & enriching the statistical model.
  • Track and improve relevant KPIs, Sales, Profitability and Market Share in your country(s).
  • Alignment of Financial Rolling Forecast with volume forecast (Accuracy and Bias)
  • Main point of contact for business escalations and operational needs to leverage Operations and fulfil business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure product availability and minimize obsolete product and risk stocks.
  • Participate in Product Lifecycle management. Steer timing, stock ramp-up (launch) & depletion (phase-out).
  • Lead the local Demand Review and Sales & Operation with the country management.
  • Participate in Joint Forecasting Initiatives with selected customers.
  • Be a member of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) working group to improve Supply Chain performance for top customers.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree: Supply Chain / Data Scientist / Business Administration or similar
  • 3 years professional experience in Supply Chain (Demand / Supply / Operations, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English (writing/reading/speaking) and at least another European language.
  • Advanced data management knowledge (SQL, Power BI, MS Office)
  • Work experience in operating systems (SAP – advantage)
  • Demonstrated high analytical and logical thinking skills under time pressure.
  • Demonstrated  communication skills to present complex data to audiences at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Performance & optimization-oriented work attitude
